Co-Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist

Megan Carroll

With over 20 years as a speech-language pathologist, Megan is passionate about helping children, families and communities grow and thrive. She’s worked across early intervention clinic, school and home settings, giving parents and educators practical tools to support communication, social skills, and confidence.

When she’s not working, Megan loves reading, cooking, and spending time with her teens—usually while testing out a new recipe or sharing a good book recommendation.

Co-Founder, Occupational Therapist

Erin Day

Erin has spent nearly two decades helping families and educators bring more calm and connection to everyday life. She partners with parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s needs and navigate routines with courage and composure. She uses a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to support children at home, in child care, at school, and beyond.

Outside of work, Erin loves volunteering with her kids’ activities, running, curling, relaxing at her family cabin, and getting lost in a good book.

Story

Megan and Erin are long-time colleagues, trusted friends, and now co-founders of Blueprint Therapy Partners. With over 15 years of working side-by-side in the field—and walking through the ups and downs of life, parenting, and professional growth together—they bring not only a wealth of combined experience but also a deep understanding of what families and educators truly need.

As seasoned therapists and moms themselves, they know firsthand the overwhelm that can come with parenting. The advice is endless, and it can be hard to know what’s helpful or who to trust. They also bring years of experience working within classrooms and early learning settings—collaborating with educators, mentoring teams, and building capacity to support children’s development, behaviour, and emotional needs. That’s why Megan and Erin built Blueprint Therapy Partners—to offer something different: compassionate, personalized, evidence-based support that truly meets people where they are.

They don’t believe in perfect parents, perfect educators, or perfect families. They believe in real people doing their best. Every child is unique, every family and classroom is different, and every situation deserves a thoughtful, custom approach. Whether you’re navigating tricky morning routines at home, managing stress within a family system, or supporting children in group settings, Megan and Erin are here to guide you with strategies that are grounded in expertise—and shaped by real-world experience.
