Terms of Service (Blueprint Therapy Partners)

Welcome to Blueprint Therapy Partners (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and conditions under which we provide parent coaching services. By booking a session, accessing our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Blueprint Therapy Partners provides parent coaching and education services.
Our services are:

  • Focused on parent-child connection, relationship-building, and evidence-informed strategies

  • Based on occupational therapy and speech-language knowledge

  • Intended for caregiver support, not direct therapy for children

  • Parent coaching is not clinical assessment, diagnosis, or direct treatment.

2. Eligibility

We currently serve families located in Alberta, Canada, where our licensed professionals practice.
You must be:

  • The legal guardian of the child(ren) involved, and

  • At least 18 years old

3. Virtual Services

All sessions are conducted virtually using secure online platforms.
Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have adequate, stable internet

  • Choosing a private, distraction-free space

  • Ensuring their device security (passwords, updated software, etc.)

4. Payment & Fees

All fees will be listed on our website or communicated prior to booking.
Payment is due:

  • At the end of a session or:

  • According to the instructions provided during scheduling

  • We do not bill insurance directly.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

6. No Guarantees

We aim to provide high-quality, evidence-informed coaching. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as every child and family system is unique.

7. Use of Website Content

All content on our website—including text, graphics, documents, and resources—is for educational purposes only and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Blueprint Therapy Partners and its practitioners are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

  • Decisions you make based on coaching discussions

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
